Doing Better

After a few days of cranky and sleepless Danica the virus seems to have left and she is doing much better. I stayed home from work last night to give Allie a good night sleep. The last couple of nights Allie has slept less than I have, and she is sleeping for two. So that can't be good for her or baby #2. She needs her sleep. So last night I tucked her in at 8:30 and she was able to sleep until 6am! She deserved every minute of it.

It also seems that when Danica is not feeling good she does not want to go to sleep. She gave Allie a real hard time the other night and was screaming at the top of her lungs. Last night Allie put her to sleep at 7:30. She was making noises and stirring until almost 9:45. I went in once at 8:45 to try and persuade her to go to sleep, but it didn't work. When she finally fell asleep she didn't wake up until after 7 this morning. So it looks like the old Danica is back.

She's playing with the t.v. remotes behind me as I type this and in a very cheerful mood. Lets hope it stays that way!
