Danica and Da Da

I'm getting Danica to say "Da da" on a more regular basis. She said it four times to me yesterday and twice to Allie. I don't think she knows who "Da Da" is, but when she is ready to understand I imagine Allie will tell her how great, smart, and charming her "da da" is and how quick he can change a poopy diaper.

Or maybe she'll tell Danica how her "Da Da" never wants to hear her cry or get hurt and when she does he practically pulls his hair out. Although I am sure she'll tell her how upset her "da da" was when she nearly poked her eye out.

Danica received a lot of gifts for her birthday. We are at the point of no toy gifting allowed. We have enough toys for Danica and her brother or sister. I even have a tough time figuring out what I want to play with. Could you imagine how Danica feels?

She really likes playing with balls though. I am hoping she becomes some sort of professional athlete down the road. She throws the balls around and just has a great time with them. Allie bought this $.99 bouncy ball from Wal-Mart and we've squeezed many hours of fun out of it. the ball is really priceless, but for $.99 we'll take it.

Tonight I have my fantasy baseball draft so I have to get Danica extra tired so we can sleep longer today!
