Allie thinks I am jinxing Emily, just as she jinxed Emily the last month or so by saying she was going to have to be induced again. Of course instead of being induced she went almost a week early.
Emily has been asleep almost the whole time at the hospital. Danica on the other hand was up almost the whole time. I told Allie that we finally will have the baby every one else has.... the one that sleeps through the night! She thinks that i am going to jinx it! I say I won't. Emily will be a dream. Danica was very tough the first few months. She rarely slept and still awakes during the night from time to time.
I do have a theory why Emily will be so different than Danica. But I will wait until it is confirmed first. I don't want to make Allie mad.

Our girls are very different, but every newborn does have their own theory on how they run the show. Good luck on the sleep thing - I only wish you many hours of shuteye in those first few months.
I'll be interested to see how Danica takes to Emily being home, too. The first few days, whenever the Olivia would cry, so did Bea. We had crying in unison for a while. Then, came the love between them.
Looking forward to hearing your new adventure...and congrats again!
Good luck Bro.. and if you ever need a baby sitter... you have another brother and sister to help you out! :*) just kidding!
I saw your post about your daughter. I am a New York Times bestselling author working on a new book about father-daughter relationships and thought you might want to contribute. Please visit my page for details about submitting stories for Daddy's Little Girl.
